We are a family business located in Lincolnshire, UK, who are passionate about art, photography, animals and hiking. My Passion Printed came about through the desire to record memories in a more unique way than the standard photo.
Any Tips for Loading My Pictures?
Of course! The uploading tool does most of the work for you, and will let you crop, move, rotate and edit the image as you see fit!
We recommend making sure you leave a bit of a border around the edges (roughly within the red circle in the image opposite) as during the badge making process, the edges of the image will be folder around the badge, so will not be visible.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes! Once you order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided.
Single Orders are posted in letterbox sized parcels, so you shouldn't need to take time out of your day to wait for the postie if you have a regular letterbox. Your parcel will just be waiting for you when you get home.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do ship internationally. It's not cheap, but we think our badges and magnets are worth of it! Delivery may take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to things like customs, and tracking may not work after the package has left the UK.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order
We do our best to process all orders the same or next business day, and ship them the following morning. Typically it takes less than a week to receive your order if you are within the UK.
Orders to the EU, and other International orders may take longer, typically taking between 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery within that window, as many things will be out of our control.
